What types of Business Partners are YOU looking for in your Home Business?
When you look to find new business partners in a cold market, you should ONLY ever focus on people actively looking to make money from home. It is a waste of your time to pursue anybody who has not recently demonstrated that desire.
1. Those who have experience in M-L-M.
2. Those who don't.
You could come up with a lot of other reasons, but the bottom line is that group #1 is just a lot more targeted. There are millions of names in that group, and 99% of them want help."Success in 10 Steps" is written for them. When they read it, they identify with Michael's story. It's a great tool for you, because it creates people who want to talk with you to get more details.

ReplyDeletethanks for sharing your insights. I agree that people with experiences in MLM are a lot more targeted. On the other hand, if no one with no experience ever gets started, the market would become very dry quickly.

ReplyDeleteIf you have researched your market then you know that you should have 2 qualification files, one for customers and one for business partners. Those qualification files should contain information about your ideal customers such as what are they most worried about, what keeps them up at night and the benefits your product or service and opportunity has in order to solve those problems. You also need a list of qualifications as the type of business partner you are looking for. Should they have experience at working for commissions, should they have some type of business experience or talent? Whatever it is, you should have that written down in your qualification file and you formulate questions based on that so when you have discussions with potential prospects, you can ask those questions to see if they are your "best prospects" to introduce your product or opportunity to. It is very simple to do and very easy to implement but you first have to know what you are looking for. This was just a short MLM tip that you can implement right now in order to start qualifying your prospects.
